Job summary
The Equip Implementation Officer will assist with the implementation through all key phases of the Equip programme for the Trust and will provide support to other Divisions in the Trust as required in accordance with programme timelines.
The role will require extensive collaboration across functional teams both within the regional programme, Trust Directorates and the wider HSC Community to ensure the delivery of the procured solution in HROWD or Finance in the Western Trust. This post will require working within the relevant business areas and with external stakeholders and partners to facilitate the successful local implementation of the procured system.
The post holder will be involved in facilitating the successful implementation of the Equip System in HROWD/ Finance focusing on key projects including:
- Data validation and cleansing of HR/Finance data highlighting discrepancies in data to facilitate a seamless system implementation
- Assist with the adoption of the new system, working on processes and procedures that need to be adapted or redefined to comply with the Adopt Principle
- Assist with change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of the new system across the Trust
- Support staff in understanding and adopting changes, providing training as needed to ensure the transition is seamless
- Monitor the impact of implemented changes, identifying opportunities for further improvement and ensuring processes remain aligned with system requirements
